 How may I register for the event?

You may register for the event by completing the online registration form and submitting it online, by e-mail or by fax. Please remember that additional participants need to complete separate registration forms. If you submit the registration form online and do not receive a response within 3 days, you should send it by fax.

Additional participants (max. 3 participants per company) may opt to have separate meetings (individual schedule mode) or share meetings with the first participant (shared schedule mode). Additional participants sharing schedule will benefit from an additional discount.



 What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee is 1399€ + 16% VAT tax as applicable. For more information on reduced rates and discounts for multiple participants visit the site Registration.

Your registration fee includes:

 - Pre-event networking: you may access the password protected web-site 6 weeks prior to event.
 - One-to-one meetings (more than 20 pre-scheduled meetings per company)
 - Networking dinner
 - Lunches and refreshments



 When will registrants be invoiced?

Registrants will be invoiced shortly after registration. Payments must be received prior to the deadline indicated under Registration, if you wish to benefit from a discounted registration fee.


 What are the methods of payment?

Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Details can be found on the pro-forma invoice you will receive shortly after submitting the registration form.


 What is the cancellation policy?


If you wish to cancel your attendance at the event and you are unable to send a substitute, then the following applies: Over 50 days prior to the event a cancellation fee of 250€ will be charged. Regretfully cancellations received after that date, no-shows and cancellations from presenters are not refundable. Cancellations must be received in writing and any refunds will be processed after the event.

If, for any reason, Pharma Resources decides to alter the date, the venue or cancel the event, Pharma Resources is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs incurred by clients.

Company profiles contain information about registrants’ companies, products and technologies that they offer and seek. Several networking tools are available to facilitate the process of identifying potential partners. Once you have made your selections, you may easily submit and review meeting requests through our password protected web-site.

Profiles need to be submitted online respecting the format indicated on our web-site. Please do not copy and paste profiles from other sites, as copied texts may contain invisible codes that cause problems. Upon submission of your profile, you may edit it and make appropriate modifications. Company profiles of all participants will be available on the password protected website six weeks prior to the event.



 How can delegates of different companies meet together?

During six weeks, you may access the password protected site, which contains all company's profiles and partnering objectives. It is an excellent preparation for analysing projects and identifying the most interesting candidates for a meeting.  Are there any other exhibiting opportunities besides meetings?

Company presentations (available in some events) provide an additional networking opportunity to learn more about companies' products and technologies. Limited spaces for exhibition are also available. This is an excellent opportunity for companies to showcase their company through display materials (literature, posters, etc.).


 How many companies can be met in two days time?

During two days, you may have more than 20 meetings. You may request up to 16 meetings up to one week prior to the event and even more after accessing your meeting schedule. PharmaVenue also offers a variety of networking opportunities through coffee breaks, lunches and informal meetings.

Sponsoring companies may also include banners on our web-site and advertisements in the documentation provided to the participants during the event. Sponsors or media partners with guest passes are not entitled to participate at pre-scheduled meetings.
