Pharma Resources reserves the right to alter or delete materials from this web site at any time at its discretion. The user of the website will not be eligible for any compensation because they cannot use the service or because of the failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the service.

Meetings/Presentations

Pharma Resources makes no guarantees, neither express nor implied, with regard to the discussions taking place between the participants during the PharmaVenue meeting event. The participants are to be construed as third parties over whom Pharma Resources has no control. Sponsors or media partners with guest passes do not have access to pre-scheduled meetings. Pharma Resources reserves its right of admission.

Cancellation Policy

Over 14 days prior to the event, a registration may only be transferred to the next event at a transfer charge of 350€. Over 50 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 250€ will be charged. Regretfully, cancellations received after these dates, no-shows and cancellations from presenters are neither refundable nor transferable. Cancellations must be received in writing and any refunds will be processed after the event.

If, for any reason, Pharma Resources decides to alter the date, the venue or cancel the event, Pharma Resources is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or any other costs incurred by clients.

Travel Arrangements

Travel and hotel arrangements are the sole responsibility of participants, for which we accept no responsibility or liability.

Third Party Web Sites and Links

The links or references to other web sites contained in this website may lead the user to other websites and web pages administered by third parties, over which Pharma Resources does not exercise any kind of control. Pharma Resources will not be held responsible for the content or the condition of said websites. The access to the same by way of this website does not imply that Pharma Resources recommends or approves of their content.
