Users (i.e. participants to events) have provided any information contained herein concerning specific companies, products and/or technologies, for the specific purpose of participation at PharmaVenue's meeting forum. Meetings/Presentations
PharmaVenue makes no guarantees, neither express nor implied, with regards to the discussions taking place between the participants during the PharmaVenue meeting event. The participants are to be construed as third parties over whom PharmaVenue has no control. Sponsors or media partners with guest passes do not have access to pre-scheduled meetings. PharmaVenue reserves its right of admission and may deny access and/or reject any participant who behaves in an inappropriate way prior or during the event (disturbing other participants, making racist or discriminatory comments; interrupting the speaker or other participants in an inappropriate way, etc.) at PharmaVenue's sole discretion, in which case the participant will not have a right of refund of its registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your attendance at PharmaVenue and are unable to send a substitute, then the following applies for each participant:
PharmaVenue may at any time and for whatever reason alter the date, the venue, hold the entire or partial event in an equivalent virtual format or cancel the event, in which case the participant accepts that PharmaVenue will not indemnify participants for any damages or losses including but not limited to airfare, hotel, or any other costs incurred by clients.
Travel Arrangements
Travel and hotel arrangements are the sole responsibility of participants, for which PharmaVenue accepts no responsibility or liability. PharmaVenue does not contract any agencies acting on its behalf and will never ask customer's credit card details by phone. In case of any travel restrictions which might prevent some participants from physically attending the event, the attendance will automatically be converted into an online participation.
Third Party Web Sites and Links
The links or references to other web sites contained in this website may lead the user to other websites and web pages administered by third parties, over which PharmaVenue does not exercise any kind of control. PharmaVenue will not be held responsible for the content or the condition of said websites. The access to the same by way of this website does not imply that PharmaVenue recommends or approves of their content.

PharmaVenue reserves its right to initiate any legal actions whenever it detects a registration of domains with the name of PharmaVenue to disturb and interfere in the commercial activities of PharmaVenue or anybody that uses the names of such domains to divert users to other web-sites creating confusion with the celebration of events organized by ArtCuria under the name of PharmaVenue.
Rectification of invoices
Any rectifications of invoices requested by customers implying a rectification of the information previously communicated to the respective tax authorities will be subject to an administrative fee of at least 185€.
Online Conflict Resolution
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online conflicts between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention of a third party, called Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as intermediary between both. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your attendance at PharmaVenue and are unable to send a substitute, then the following applies for each participant:
- Over 50 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 390€ will be charged.
- Over 20 days prior to the event, a registration may only be transferred to the next event at a transfer charge of 450€.
- Regretfully, cancellations received less than 20 days prior to the event as well as no-shows are neither refundable nor transferable.
- Since access to PharmaVenue's pre-event partnering is included in the registration fee with the option of post-event online meetings, payment is due as outlined above even in case of non-attendance at the event.
