Policy
Over 50 days prior to the event a cancellation fee of
250€ will be charged. Regretfully
cancellations received after that date, no-shows and
cancellations from presenters are not refundable.
Cancellations
must be received in writing and any refunds will be
processed after the event. If, for any reason, Pharma
Resources decides to alter the date, the venue or cancel
the event, Pharma Resources is not responsible for covering
airfare, hotel, or any other costs incurred by clients.
Travel
Arrangements Travel
and hotel arrangements are the sole responsibility of participants, for which
we accept no responsibility or liability. Third

links or references to other web sites contained in this website may lead the
user to other websites and web pages administered by third parties, over which
