1899€ per participant, plus 21% VAT if applicable, with individual schedule.
REDUCED FEE
1379€ per participant, plus 21% VAT if applicable, until November 8, with individual schedule.
MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS
30% discount for additional participants with shared meeting schedule.

Payment Terms
If you wish to benefit from discounted registration fees available up to two months prior to the event, full payment is required within 10 days from reception of your completed registration form. No discounts will be applied to any registrations received during the event.In any case, payment must be received prior to the event either by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your attendance at PharmaVenue and are unable to send a substitute, then the following applies:- Over 50 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 390€ will be charged.
- Over 20 days prior to the event, a registration may only be transferred to the next event at a transfer charge of 450€.
- Regretfully, cancellations received less than 20 days prior to the event as well as no-shows are neither refundable nor transferable.
- Since access to PharmaVenue's pre-event partnering is included in the registration fee with the option of post-event online meetings, payment is due as outlined above even in case of non-attendance at the event.
