| Payment

If you wish to benefit from a reduced registration fee, full payment is required
within 10 days from reception of your completed registration form. In any case,
payment must be received prior to the event date either by bank transfer or credit
card.
| Cancellation
policy |
If you wish to cancel your attendance at PharmaVenue and you are unable to send a substitute, then the following applies:
Over 14 days prior to the event, a registration may only be transferred to the next event at a transfer charge of 350€. Over 50 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of 250€ will be charged. Regretfully, cancellations received after these dates, no-shows and cancellations from presenters are neither refundable nor transferable. Cancellations must be received in writing and any refunds will be processed after the event.
